B\u00f6ylece hem kendileri hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 81 ilindeki t\u00fcm sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015flar\u0131, ki\u015fisel sa\u011fl\u0131k kay\u0131tlar\u0131na kolayl\u0131kla eri\u015febilecek. B\u00f6ylelikle hastan\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015f bilgilerine bakarak tan\u0131 koyma, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n seyri konusunda bilgi sahibi olma gibi konularda biz hekimlere kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.
