Boztoprak, \u201cKurban bayram\u0131nda, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmenin temel prensiplerine, yiyecek se\u00e7imine, porsiyon kontrol\u00fcne ve besin gruplar\u0131n\u0131n dengeli da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nlemlere dikkat edilmeli, \u00f6zellikle y\u00fcksek tansiyon, kalp-damar, mide ve diyabet hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan bireylerin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme d\u00fczeninin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmamalar\u0131 gerekmektedir.  Bayramda et t\u00fcketim miktar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131 olan bireylerde sak\u0131ncal\u0131 durumlar yaratabilir. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 ette bulunan y\u00fcksek miktardaki doymu\u015f ya\u011f, kandaki kolesterol seviyesini y\u00fckseltir ve kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131na davetiye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r.Bayram s\u00fcresince et t\u00fcketim miktar\u0131na dikkat edilmeli, \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn tamam\u0131nda et t\u00fcketmek yerine etin yan\u0131nda salata ya da sebze yemeklerine de yer vermelisiniz. G\u00fcnde 90-120 gram ( 3-4 k\u00f6fte b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde) et t\u00fcketmek g\u00fcnl\u00fck gereksiniminizi kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in yeterli olacakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKavurma yerine ha\u015flama tercih edin\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir bayram ge\u00e7irebilmek i\u00e7in etleri haz\u0131rlarken ve pi\u015firirken de bilin\u00e7li davranmak gerekti\u011fini dile getiren Boztoprak, \u201cEtleri kavurmak yerine ha\u015flama, \u0131zgara veya f\u0131r\u0131nda pi\u015firme y\u00f6ntemlerini tercih ederek pi\u015firmelisiniz. Bu nedenle et hemen de\u011fil, en az 1 g\u00fcn dinlendirilip t\u00fcketilmelidir. Etlerin hepsi hemen t\u00fcketilemeyece\u011finden saklama ko\u015fullar\u0131na da mutlaka dikkat edilmelidir\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTatl\u0131 t\u00fcketimine dikkat edin\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bayramlarda tatl\u0131 t\u00fcketimine sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 korumak ad\u0131na dikkat edilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirten Boztoprak, \u201cSize sunulan ikramlardan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck miktarlarda t\u00fcketmeli, gidece\u011finiz di\u011fer ziyaretleri unutmamal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. \u0130kram ama\u00e7l\u0131 sunulan tatl\u0131lardan hamur i\u015fi tatl\u0131lar yerine, s\u00fctl\u00fc ve meyveli tatl\u0131lar\u0131 tercih etmelisiniz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Diyetisyen Boztoprak, bayramda al\u0131nan fazla kaloriyi dengelemek i\u00e7in bayram s\u00fcresince hareketli olmaya da \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyerek, \u201cYak\u0131n yerlere yap\u0131lacak bayram ziyaretlerinde y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f tercih edilmelidir.
