Kurban eti, kesildikten sonra 24 saat s\u00fcre ile dinlendirilmelidir. Bu yap\u0131lam\u0131yorsa,  \u00f6nce hijyen ko\u015fullar\u0131na uygun olarak g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6rmeyen yerde bir s\u00fcre hava almas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131p, ard\u0131ndan 12 saat buzdolab\u0131nda bekletilmelidir. Bu bekletme s\u00fcresi, etin daha yumu\u015fak olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak ve sindirimi kolayla\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Sabah kahvalt\u0131s\u0131 yerine tercih edilmemeli<\/p>\n<p>Et t\u00fcketiminin, sabah kahvalt\u0131s\u0131 yerine tercih edilmemesi gerekti\u011fine de dikkati \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cK\u0131r\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 et, y\u00fcksek oranda doymu\u015f ya\u011f i\u00e7ermektedir. Bu nedenle eti ya\u011f\u0131ndan ay\u0131r\u0131p t\u00fcketmek, daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Aksi takdirde bu ya\u011flar kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tetiklemektedir. Kalp, damar ve y\u00fcksek tansiyon hastalar\u0131; \u00f6zellikle et y\u00fczeyindeki g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr ya\u011f t\u00fcketiminden ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Etli sebze ve bakliyat yemeklerine de fazladan ya\u011f konulmamas\u0131nda fayda vard\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gut hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fumunda \u00f6nemli etken<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, halk aras\u0131nda \u2018zengin hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019 olarak bilinen gut hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fumunda da a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et t\u00fcketiminin \u00f6nemli bir etken oldu\u011funu ifade ederek, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018Gut\u2019un geli\u015fmesinde en b\u00fcy\u00fck rol\u00fc, \u00e7ok fazla t\u00fcketilen ve k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 ile beyaz etten al\u0131nan protein \u00fcstleniyor. Ancak gut hastas\u0131 olanlar\u0131n, baz\u0131 bitkisel kaynakl\u0131 besinleri s\u0131n\u0131rlanmak zorundad\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, Gut hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n daha \u00e7ok 40 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fcnde ve genellikle \u015fi\u015fman erkeklerde, alkol ve protein t\u00fcketimi fazla olan bireylerde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirterek, \u201cGut baz\u0131 eklemlerde a\u011fr\u0131, duyarl\u0131l\u0131k, k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k, \u015fi\u015flik ve \u0131s\u0131 art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla ani olarak geli\u015fen, \u015fiddetli ataklarla seyredebilen bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r. Gut v\u00fccudumuzdaki \u00fcrik asit fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan olu\u015fur.
