Bu hisle hepimiz g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131m\u0131zda tan\u0131\u015f\u0131r\u0131z. Ancak gelip ge\u00e7ici oldu\u011funda pek etkilenmeyiz. Bazen s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6ylesine yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131r ki i\u015fimizi g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc yapmam\u0131za mani olacak bir hal bile alabilir. S\u00fcrekli gergin ve tedirgin oldu\u011funuzu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn; hayattan zevk alman\u0131z azal\u0131r, dikkatinizi toparlayamazs\u0131n\u0131z, i\u015fe gitmeyi can\u0131n\u0131z istemez eskiden zevk alarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bir\u00e7ok i\u015fi art\u0131k bo\u015f ve anlams\u0131z bulursunuz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131n\u0131n bariz ve ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z durumla uyumlu bir nedeni varsa bu do\u011fal bir duygu yans\u0131mas\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilece\u011fini anlatan Psikiyatri Uzman\u0131 Dr. Mustafa G\u00fcveli, \u201cAncak e\u011fer bu anlamda bir sebep yokken siz kendinizi s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 ve gergin hissediyorsan\u0131z bunu biraz incelemek gerekir. Burada hemen \u015fu soru akla geliyor s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131n\u0131n normali var m\u0131d\u0131r ? Evet her insan\u0131n hayat\u0131nda hastal\u0131k olmadan ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 normal bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 vard\u0131r. Ciddi kay\u0131plar (para, sevilen birinin kayb\u0131 vs. gibi) bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in kayb\u0131n ki\u015fi i\u00e7in anlam\u0131 oran\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya sebep olabilirler. Ancak bu s\u00fcre i\u015fimizi g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc engelleyecek boyuta ula\u015fm\u0131\u015fsa, sosyal ili\u015fkilerimizi bozuyorsa art\u0131k eskiye k\u0131yasla asabi olmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015fsak s\u0131n\u0131rlar a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f normalin \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7ilmi\u015f olur. En \u00e7ok da depresyonda bu durumu ya\u015far\u0131z. Depresyonun en \u00f6nde gelen belirtisi zaten duygu duruma hakim olan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ve isteksizlik halidir. S\u00f6z\u00fcn \u00f6z\u00fc s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131n\u0131z 2 haftadan daha uzun bir s\u00fcredir devam ediyorsa; sosyal, mesleki ve aile ya\u015fant\u0131n\u0131za negatif yans\u0131malar\u0131 varsa s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131n\u0131n normal s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015f\u0131lmaya ba\u015flan\u0131yor demektir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn az iki haftal\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki belirtilerden en az be\u015fi sizde varsa depresyon sorgulanmal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d diyen G\u00fcveli, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c7\u00f6kk\u00fcn bir ruh hali, ilgi kayb\u0131 ya da yapt\u0131klar\u0131ndan zevk alamama, g\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015f ve g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc yapamama, g\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015flere kar\u015f\u0131 isteksizlik, perhiz yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilo kaybetme ya da kilo alma (Bir ayda v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n %5 inden fazlas\u0131n\u0131 alma yada verme.) \u0130\u015ftah kayb\u0131 ya da a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 i\u015ftah. Hemen her g\u00fcn a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 uyma ya da uykusuzluk, S\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131, huzursuzluk, yerinde duramama, kendini yorgun, bitkin, halsiz hissetme (enerjisi \u00e7ekilmi\u015f gibi hissetme.) Kendini de\u011fersiz, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k ya da su\u00e7lu gibi hissetme, dikkatini bir noktaya toplayamama, cinsel istekte a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 azalma ya da istek kayb\u0131, halk aras\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ile giden b\u00fct\u00fcn hastal\u0131klar depresyon olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak depresyon bunlar\u0131n hepsinin \u00f6tesinde \u00f6zel bir durumdur. Yukar\u0131da sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z belirtilerin hepsinin herkeste g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi beklenmez. \u00d6nemli olan bu belirtilerin ki\u015finin sosyal, mesleki ve insani ili\u015fkilerinin ne kadar etkilendi\u011fidir. \u0130\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7 yapamayan, insani ili\u015fkilerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekte zorlanmaya ba\u015flayan bir ki\u015fi hastal\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 zorlamaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f birisi demektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc depresyonun da kendi i\u00e7erisinde basamaklar\u0131 vard\u0131r. En a\u011f\u0131r\u0131ndan maj\u00f6r depresyonla depresif yak\u0131nmalar\u0131 olan bir ki\u015fi aras\u0131nda da\u011flar kadar fark vard\u0131r. Ancak her ikisi de sonu\u00e7ta birbirine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir. Say\u0131lan belirtiler i\u00e7erisinde birbirine z\u0131t g\u00f6r\u00fcnen belirtiler olmakla birlikte depresyonun farkl\u0131 alt tiplerinin ayr\u0131m\u0131 ancak uzman bir g\u00f6zle ve belirtilerin t\u00fcm\u00fc birlikte de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde olacak bir i\u015ftir.
