Tokat Fizyomer T\u0131p Merkezi Diyetisyeni Tuba \u00d6d\u00fcbek, okul d\u00f6neminde \u00f6\u011frencilerin okul ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 yan\u0131nda, b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fmeleri ile sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmenin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda yetersiz ve dengesiz beslenen \u00f6\u011frencilerin dikkat s\u00fcrelerinin k\u0131sald\u0131\u011f\u0131, alg\u0131lamalar\u0131n\u0131n azald\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenmede g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck ve davran\u0131\u015f bozukluklar\u0131 \u00e7ektikleri, okulda devams\u0131zl\u0131k s\u00fcrelerinin uzad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve okul ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011funun ortaya konuldu\u011fu ifade eden \u00d6d\u00fcbek, \u201c\u00c7ocuklukta ba\u015flayan \u015fi\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n eri\u015fkin ya\u015flarda da devam etti\u011fini ispatlayan bir\u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma mevcut. \u201c\u00c7ocuktur yesin de yeter ki\u201d  d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle hareket ediyoruz. Sevgili anneler-babalar \u00e7ocu\u011funuzda kilo problemleri, di\u015f \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmesi, demir eksikli\u011fi, vitamin-mineral eksikli\u011fi olmas\u0131n\u0131 istemiyorsan\u0131z rol modeli olarak beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131zla \u00f6rnek olmal\u0131 ve \u00e7ocu\u011funuzu yanl\u0131\u015f tercihlerden korumal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c7ocu\u011funuzu okula kahvalt\u0131 yapmadan g\u00f6ndermeyin&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Okul d\u00f6neminde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmenin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7eken \u00d6d\u00fcbek, \u201cOkul d\u00f6neminin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z art\u0131k g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu okulda ge\u00e7iriyor. A vitamini sayesinde ezberini kuvvetlendirmi\u015f olursunuz. Sofra d\u00fczenine \u00e7ocu\u011funuzu kesinlikle al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n. Evde m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse d\u00fczenli saatlerde hep birlikte yemek yemeye gayret edin.
