﻿{"id":1295003,"date":"2018-09-20T21:01:02","date_gmt":"2018-09-20T18:01:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.erzurumflas.com\/dunyanin-yuvarlak-oldugunu-olcerek-gorduler\/"},"modified":"2018-09-20T21:01:23","modified_gmt":"2018-09-20T18:01:23","slug":"dunyanin-yuvarlak-oldugunu-olcerek-gorduler","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.erzhaber.com\/?p=1295003","title":{"rendered":"D\u00fcnyan\u0131n yuvarlak oldu\u011funu \u00f6l\u00e7erek g\u00f6rd\u00fcler"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.erzurumflas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/dunyanin-yuvarlak-oldugunu-olcerek-gorduler_36ecb9b.jpg\" width=\"600\">\u2019Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m Gezegeni \u00d6\u011freniyorum VI\u2019 isimli T\u00dcB\u0130TAK projesi kapsam\u0131nda 36 ilden 4 bin 300 ortaokul \u00f6\u011frencisi d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7evresini ve boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7t\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Ondokuz May\u0131s \u00dcniversitesi (OM\u00dc) E\u011fitim Fak\u00fcltesi Fen ve Matematik E\u011fitimi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. H\u00fcseyin Kalkan taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 4004-4005 Do\u011fa E\u011fitimi ve Bilim Okullar\u0131 Destekleme Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u2019Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m Gezegeni \u00d6\u011freniyorum VI\u2019 projesi OM\u00dc taraf\u0131ndan da destekleniyor. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019da ilk defa yap\u0131lan projenin bu y\u0131l 6\u2019\u0131nc\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenleniyor. 36 ilden 4 bin 300 \u00f6\u011frencinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile saat 12.05\u2019te Hakkari\u2019den ba\u015flayan etkinlik saat 13.04\u2019te \u0130zmir\u2019de bitiyor. \u00d6\u011frencilerin bir \u00e7ubuk ve \u00e7ubu\u011fun g\u00f6lge boyu ile d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7evresini \u00f6l\u00e7en \u00f6\u011frencilerin, bilime olan ilgisin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Projeyi \u00f6rnek alan \u00e7e\u015fitli Avrupa \u00fclkeleri \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde benzer projeleri \u00fclkelerinde bilim \u015f\u00f6lenleri olarak uygulayacak. Mu\u011fla\u2019dan etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131lan Y\u00f6nelt \u0130lkokulu \u00f6\u011frencileri eski\u00e7a\u011f Eratosthenes d\u00f6nemi k\u0131yafetleri giyerek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerini yapt\u0131. Minik \u00f6\u011frenciler \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerini y\u00fczde 1 hatayla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n da yuvarlak oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Proje ve etkinlik hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Prof. Dr. H\u00fcseyin Kalkan, &#8220;\u0130nsano\u011flu var oldu\u011fu g\u00fcnden beri \u00fczerinde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fcnyay\u0131 merak etmi\u015f, onu tan\u0131maya, temel i\u015fleyi\u015f mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131 alg\u0131lamaya ve kendi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak \u015fekilde onu kullanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, do\u011fa bilimlerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda ve geli\u015fmesinde en b\u00fcy\u00fck tetikleyici nedenlerden biri olmu\u015ftur. En eski bilim dallar\u0131ndan biri olan astronomi, insan\u0131n kendisini ve \u00e7evresini anlama s\u00fcrecine \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck etkisi olmu\u015ftur. Temel bilimler e\u011fitiminin ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan astronomi, M.\u00d6. 4000\u2019lerden ba\u015flayarak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze de\u011fin s\u00fcrekli olarak do\u011fa-insan ili\u015fkisinin oda\u011f\u0131nda yer alarak, tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde temel bilimlerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ve geli\u015fiminde lokomotif rol\u00fc oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcrecin en \u00f6nemli akt\u00f6rlerinden biri olan Eratosthenes (M.\u00d6. 276), bir \u00e7ubuk ve \u00e7ubu\u011fun olu\u015fturdu\u011fu g\u00f6lge boyunu kullanarak d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u015feklini, boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 ve evrendeki konumunu, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz modern teknikleriyle \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen de\u011ferlere yak\u0131n sonu\u00e7larla belirlemi\u015ftir. Bu felsefeye uygun olarak haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f \u2019Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m Gezegeni \u00d6\u011freniyorum VI\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 proje, 4004 Do\u011fa E\u011fitimi ve Bilim Okullar\u0131 Destekleme Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda T\u00dcB\u0130TAK ve OM\u00dc taraf\u0131ndan desteklenmektedir. Proje, \u00fclkemizin her k\u00f6\u015fesinden yakla\u015f\u0131k 72 ortaokul \u00f6\u011fretmeni ile birlikte bu \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 okullarda yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 bin 300 \u00f6\u011frencinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fck bir bilim \u015f\u00f6leni \u015feklinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca bu b\u00fcy\u00fck bilim \u015f\u00f6lenine 30 Temmuz-03 A\u011fustos 2018 tarihleri aras\u0131nda OM\u00dc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Astronomi Modelleriyle \u00d6\u011fretmen E\u011fitimi ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 T\u00dcB\u0130TAK projesine g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak kat\u0131lan 36 \u00f6\u011fretmenimiz sayesinde projenin yayg\u0131n etkisi artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u2019Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m Gezegeni \u00d6\u011freniyorum VI\u2019 projesindeki temel amac\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n temel astronomi alan\u0131nda farkl\u0131 uygulamal\u0131 etkinliklerle bu alandaki bilgilerini geli\u015ftirmek, do\u011faya ve evrene kar\u015f\u0131 olan ilgilerini art\u0131rmak, temel fen kavramlar\u0131 ile ilgili \u00f6\u011frenme zorluklar\u0131n\u0131 en aza indirmek, gen\u00e7lere fen bilimlerini sevdirerek onlar\u0131 gelece\u011fin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019sinin bilim insan\u0131 adaylar\u0131 olmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in cesaretlendirmek ve bu ama\u00e7la ayn\u0131 boylamdaki kuzey ve g\u00fcney illerinde ya\u015fayan \u00f6\u011frencilerin do\u011frudan kendi yapm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ve g\u00f6zlemler ile elde ettikleri bilgileri payla\u015fmak suretiyle e\u011fitim sisteminde sadece bilgi olarak verilen d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u015fekli ve boyutlar\u0131yla ilgili kazan\u0131mlara ula\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak oldu\u011funu anlatan Prof. Dr. Kalkan, \u201cAyr\u0131ca bu proje, etkile\u015fimde bulundu\u011fumuz her nesnenin i\u015fleyi\u015f mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n ve yasalar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funa dair bir fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturacak ve kavranmas\u0131 zor oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen bu yasalar\u0131n asl\u0131nda \u00e7ok basit y\u00f6ntemlerle ke\u015ffedilmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Eratosthenes\u2019in d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7evresini \u00f6l\u00e7me y\u00f6ntemini, \u00fclkemizin yakla\u015f\u0131k ayn\u0131 boylamda bulunan kuzey ve g\u00fcney illerindeki ortaokul \u00f6\u011frencileri ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu illerden belirlenen ortaokul \u00f6\u011frencileri ayn\u0131 anda, kuzey ve g\u00fcneyde olmak \u00fczere ayn\u0131 boylamlarda bulunan iki ilde ayn\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckteki bir \u00e7ubu\u011fun olu\u015fturdu\u011fu g\u00f6lgenin boyunu \u00f6l\u00e7m\u00fc\u015flerdir. Bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerden elde ettikleri bilgilerle, daha \u00f6nce hep ezber olarak \u00f6\u011frendikleri say\u0131sal b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fck olan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131, hacmini, yo\u011funlu\u011funu hesaplayacaklar ve kavramakta zorluk \u00e7ektikleri \u2019d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u015feklini\u2019 kendi deneyimleri ile \u00f6\u011frenme olana\u011f\u0131na sahip olacaklard\u0131r. Proje kapsam\u0131ndaki kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, temel bilimleri kitleselle\u015ftirerek bilgiyi payla\u015fmalar\u0131, ortak bir ama\u00e7 etraf\u0131nda birle\u015fmeleri, farkl\u0131 illerdeki \u00f6\u011frenci gruplar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bilimsel olarak ortak arkada\u015fl\u0131klar olu\u015fturmalar\u0131 ve bilimsel heyecanlar\u0131n\u0131 sonraki e\u011fitimlerine ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131 ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r.
