\u00d6zel Mirkelam G\u00f6z T\u0131p Merkezi Diyetisyeni Ecem \u00d6\u011f\u00fcms\u00f6\u011f\u00fctl\u00fc, okul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklara d\u00fczenli bir beslenme program\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131n onlar\u0131n, b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fimine katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, e\u011fitimi i\u00e7in de gerekli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. \u00c7ocuklara sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda ailelere b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6rev d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten Diyetisyen \u00d6\u011f\u00fcms\u00f6\u011f\u00fctl\u00fc, \u201cOkul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131, ba\u015fta fiziksel b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fmenin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131, kemik olu\u015fumunun h\u0131zland\u0131\u011f\u0131, ya\u015fam boyu s\u00fcrecek davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n kazan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, beslenme ba\u011fl\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek baz\u0131 kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n temelinin at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemdir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Okula giden \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in alt\u0131n \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn kahvalt\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten \u00d6\u011f\u00fcms\u00f6\u011f\u00fctl\u00fc, \u201cBa\u015far\u0131y\u0131 ve b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi etkileyen, \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn olan kahvalt\u0131 kesinlikle evden \u00e7\u0131kmadan \u00f6nce yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r ve i\u00e7eri\u011fi kaliteli olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Okul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklara \u00f6zel pratik kahvalt\u0131 peynir ile yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f tost, taze s\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f meyve suyu, ev yap\u0131m\u0131 re\u00e7el, peynir, krep, yumurta, peynir, zeytin, tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 ekmek, kuru \u00fcz\u00fcm, s\u00fct, yulaf ezmesi olabilir\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn ve \u00f6\u011fle yeme\u011finin de atlanmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini dile getiren \u00d6\u011f\u00fcms\u00f6\u011f\u00fctl\u00fc, “E\u011fer \u00e7ocu\u011funuz okulda tam g\u00fcn e\u011fitim al\u0131yor ve okula \u00f6\u011fle yeme\u011fini g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcyorsa \u00e7ocu\u011funuza tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 ekmekle haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f yumurtal\u0131, tavuklu, ton bal\u0131kl\u0131 sandvi\u00e7 ve 1 su barda\u011f\u0131 ayran, s\u00fct veya meyve haz\u0131rlayabilirsiniz. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 ekmekle haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f peynirli sandvi\u00e7 yada tost yan\u0131nda s\u00fct, ayran veya meyve, sebzeli peynirli makarna, ceviz ve meyve suyu gibi se\u00e7enekler de haz\u0131rlanabilir. Evde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f az \u015fekerli ve az ya\u011fl\u0131, bol f\u0131nd\u0131k, badem, ceviz i\u00e7eren kek ya da kek yan\u0131nda 1 su barda\u011f\u0131 s\u00fct, meyve veya s\u00fct yan\u0131nda f\u0131nd\u0131k, badem, ceviz, yine evde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f peynirli b\u00f6rek ve meyve suyu gibi se\u00e7enekleri t\u00fcketebilir\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

\u00c7ocu\u011fun ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in derslerindeki konsantrasyonun da \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu ifade eden \u00d6\u011f\u00fcms\u00f6\u011f\u00fctl\u00fc, \u201d\u0130yi uyumak, dinlenmek ve do\u011fru besinlerle yeterli beslenme konsantrasyonu artt\u0131rarak, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olman\u0131n temelini sa\u011flar. \u00d6zellikle \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n konsantrasyonunun artmas\u0131nda beslenmenin b\u00fcy\u00fck etkisi var.
