Ba\u011f\u0131rsak zedelenmesi ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 akut kar\u0131n tablosu sonucu ameliyata al\u0131nan Tepeg\u00f6z, ameliyat\u0131n 4. g\u00fcn\u00fcnde ani solunum yetmezli\u011fi ve \u015fuur kayb\u0131 geli\u015fince, ya\u015fam destek \u00fcnitesi ihtiyac\u0131 olu\u015fmas\u0131 sonucu VM Medical Park Samsun Hastanesine ba\u015fvurdu. Yap\u0131lan tetkik ve ileri incelemeler sonucunda akut solunum yetmezli\u011fi sendromu tan\u0131s\u0131 ile 3 g\u00fcn uyutularak solunum cihaz\u0131 ve ya\u015fam destek \u00fcnitesine ba\u011fl\u0131 tutulan Tepeg\u00f6z, tedavi sonucu solunum yetmezli\u011fi d\u00fczelerek 8. g\u00fcnde hastaneden taburcu edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Hastan\u0131n tedavisini \u00fcstlenen VM Medical Park Samsun Hastanesi \u0130\u00e7 Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Klini\u011finden Uzm. Dr. Mustafa Do\u011fan: &#8220;ARDS, a\u011f\u0131r yan\u0131klar, toksik gaz solunmas\u0131, komplike cerrahi ameliyatlar\u0131 ve septik \u015fok gibi a\u011f\u0131r enfeksiyon tablolar\u0131ndan sonra geli\u015fen ani ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7l\u0131 solunum yetmezli\u011fidir. Akci\u011ferdeki hava kesecikleri suda bo\u011fulan insanlar gibi \u00f6dem s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131yla dolmaktad\u0131r. Ani m\u00fcdahale edilip ileri yo\u011fun bak\u0131m ve ya\u015fam destek \u00fcnitesi tedavisi yap\u0131lmazsa \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl olabilmektedir. Kronik bron\u015fit, kalp yetmezli\u011fi gibi ek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlarda risk daha da y\u00fcksektir. Hastan\u0131n art arda iki ameliyat olmas\u0131, riski art\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ancak ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131n gen\u00e7 olmas\u0131 ve ek hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n olmamas\u0131 tedaviyi olumlu y\u00f6nde etkilemi\u015ftir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Anestezi ve Reanimasyon Klini\u011finden Uzm.
