Y\u00fcksek \u015feker i\u00e7eri\u011fi nedeniyle iyi bir karbonhidrat ve enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olan pekmez; kalsiyum, demir, potasyum ve magnezyum gibi mineralleri de i\u00e7ermektedir. Pekmezin, yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 meyveye g\u00f6re besin i\u00e7eri\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Hemen kana kar\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<\/p>\n<p>Karbonhidrattan zengin bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olan pekmez, glikoz ve fruktoz i\u00e7eri\u011fi nedeniyle sindirime gerek kalmadan t\u00fcketildikten k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra kana kar\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7eri\u011findeki B (B1,B2,B3) vitaminleri ile kalsiyum, potasyum, magnezyum, krom, demir zenginli\u011fiyle de y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde vitamin ve mineral kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.
