﻿{"id":135984,"date":"2015-11-13T11:00:25","date_gmt":"2015-11-13T09:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.erzurumflas.com\/kanserin-kacacagi-yer-kalmadi\/"},"modified":"2015-11-13T11:00:28","modified_gmt":"2015-11-13T09:00:28","slug":"kanserin-kacacagi-yer-kalmadi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.erzhaber.com\/?p=135984","title":{"rendered":"Kanserin Ka\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 Yer Kalmad\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.erzurumflas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/kanserin-kacacagi-yer-kalmadi_6b1f610.jpg\" width=\"600\">Orta Avrupa\u2019dan Hindistan\u2019a kadar t\u00fcm b\u00f6lgenin ilk ve tek PET-MR cihaz\u0131 Gazi \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde kuruldu<\/p>\n<p>Gazi \u00dcniversitesi n\u00fckleer t\u0131p alan\u0131nda ad\u0131ndan s\u0131k\u00e7a s\u00f6z ettirecek bir ilke daha imza at\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de PET\/BT (pozitron emisyon tomografisi\/bilgisayarl\u0131 tomografi) cihaz\u0131n\u0131n 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk kez kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Gazi \u00dcniversitesi \u015fimdi de PET\/MR (pozitron emisyon tomografisi\/manyetik rezonans) teknolojisini \u00fclkeye kazand\u0131r\u0131yor. Gazi \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin PET\/MR g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme sistemini kullanmas\u0131 Almanya\u2019dan Hindistan\u2019a, Rusya\u2019dan G\u00fcney Afrika\u2019ya kadar geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyada 84 \u00fclkede T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu teknolojiyi kullanan ilk ve tek \u00fclke olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili bilgi veren Gazi \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. S\u00fcleyman B\u00fcy\u00fckberber, PET\/MR\u2019\u0131 \u00fclkeye kazand\u0131rmaktan b\u00fcy\u00fck mutluluk duyduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, \u201cPET\/MR cihaz\u0131 ile birlikte Gazi \u00dcniversitesi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir ilke imza atacak. PET\/MR \u00fclkemizin merkezinde oldu\u011fu \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyada yok. Gazi \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde bu imkan\u0131n sunulmas\u0131 sadece \u00fclkemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bu geni\u015f co\u011frafya i\u00e7erisinde yegane ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve uygulama merkezi olmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir kazan\u0131md\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>PET\/MR\u2019\u0131n PET\/BT\u2019ye g\u00f6re daha \u00fcst\u00fcn bir teknolojiye sahip oldu\u011funu dile getiren S\u00fcleyman B\u00fcy\u00fckberber, iki teknoloji aras\u0131ndaki farklar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralad\u0131: \u201cBu son teknoloji sayesinde en geli\u015fmi\u015f PET ve MR cihazlar\u0131 tek bir sistemde ayn\u0131 anda kullan\u0131labiliyor. MR hassasiyetinde birka\u00e7 milimetrelik kanser g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenebiliyor. BT\u2019nin yerini MR\u2019\u0131n almas\u0131 ile bu tetkik s\u0131ras\u0131nda hastalar\u0131n maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 radyasyon dozu b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde, yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 80 oran\u0131nda azal\u0131yor. Bu cihaz\u0131n genel olarak onkolojide g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme i\u00e7in kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ocuk hastalar ve tekrarlayan \u00e7ekimler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok daha g\u00fcvenli. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada hen\u00fcz 50 adet bulunan bu cihaz\u0131n uygun ve do\u011fru kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in hasta se\u00e7iminde \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilecek.  \u00d6nceli\u011fimiz \u00e7ocuk hastalar olacak.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bu proje i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen B\u00fcy\u00fckberber, Ba\u015fhekim Prof. Dr. Kadriye Altok\u2019un ve N\u00fckleer T\u0131p Anabilim Dal\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00d6zlem Atay\u2019\u0131n ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n sonucu Gazi\u2019nin ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu cihaz\u0131 kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Gazi \u00dcniversitesi N\u00fckleer T\u0131p Anabilim Dal\u0131\u2019nda bug\u00fcne kadar yakla\u015f\u0131k 35 bin hastaya PET\/BT hizmeti verdiklerini, onkoloji ve beyin g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemesinde se\u00e7kin bir referans merkezi olduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Prof. Dr. S\u00fcleyman B\u00fcy\u00fckberber, PET\/MR cihaz\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131ma girmesi ile birlikte kanserin ve demans\u0131n erken te\u015fhisinde yeni bir d\u00f6nemin ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.  B\u00fcy\u00fckberber, ayr\u0131ca PET-MR cihaz\u0131n\u0131n halen yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 milyon TL\u2019lik maliyetiyle d\u00fcnyadaki en pahal\u0131 t\u0131bbi cihaz unvan\u0131na sahip oldu\u011funu da s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n<p>Gazi \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi N\u00fckleer T\u0131p Anabilim Dal\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. L. \u00d6zlem Atay \u201cPET BT ve PET MR cihazlar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli k\u0131sm\u0131 olan PET teknolojisinde g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc alabilmek, tan\u0131 koyabilmek i\u00e7in hastaya damardan radyofarmasotik denilen radyoaktif bile\u015fenler verilir. Bu maddeleri kullanabilme yetkisi sadece n\u00fckleer t\u0131p uzmanlar\u0131na aittir. Kullan\u0131lan radyoaktif maddelerden elde edilen h\u00fccre d\u00fczeyindeki ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel fonksiyonel bulgular\u0131n, ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 tespitinde hibrid cihazlar kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. PET teknolojisi, PET\/BT olarak ilk kez Gazi \u00dcniversitesi N\u00fckleer T\u0131p Anabilim Dal\u0131\u2019nda olmak \u00fczere \u00fclkemizde n\u00fckleer t\u0131p merkezilerinde 10 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcredir ba\u015far\u0131yla kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. PET\/MR ise yine PET teknolojisinin bu defa BT yerine MR ile birle\u015fmi\u015f olan yeni bir hibrid teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. PET\/MR\u2019daki PET teknolojisi sahip oldu\u011fu y\u00fcksek duyarl\u0131l\u0131kla kanser tan\u0131 ve takibinde d\u00fcnyada g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme teknolojisinde gelinen en son noktad\u0131r. PET teknolojisini en uzun s\u00fcredir kullanan Gazi \u00dcniversitesi N\u00fckleer T\u0131p Anabilim Dal\u0131 yine bir ilke \u00f6nderlik yaparak g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme alan\u0131ndaki bu en son teknolojiyi \u00fclkemizin sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti ve akademik hayat\u0131na kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olmaktan b\u00fcy\u00fck mutluluk ve onur duymaktad\u0131r\u2019\u2019 diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fhekim Prof. Dr. Kadriye Altok da, \u2018\u2019Robotik cerrahi, Gamma Knife gibi pek \u00e7ok ileri teknolojinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, y\u0131lda 1 milyondan fazla hastaya sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti, 2 bin 700\u2019den fazla t\u0131p fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011frencisi ve y\u00fczlerce ara\u015ft\u0131rma g\u00f6revlisine e\u011fitim olana\u011f\u0131 sunan Gazi \u00dcniversitesi Hastanesi\u2019nin pek \u00e7ok alanda \u00f6nc\u00fc ve referans merkez konumunda oldu\u011funu belirterek, PET\/MR gibi pahal\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek teknolojili projelerin devletin deste\u011fi ile hayata ge\u00e7irilebildi\u011fini ifade etti. Altok, proje a\u015famas\u0131nda Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve finansal olarak Kalk\u0131nma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetkililerine sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131 destek i\u00e7in minnettar oldu\u011funu belirtti.
