Mustafa Koca, Belediye K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi Salonunda iki g\u00fcn s\u00fcren kursta en iyi ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za yararl\u0131 nas\u0131l tur\u015fu yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgiler aktard\u0131. Anlat\u0131lanlar\u0131 can kula\u011f\u0131 ile dinleyen 50 kursiyer, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme hakk\u0131nda da donan\u0131ml\u0131 bilgi ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek bu tip e\u011fitimlerin her zaman yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 belirtiler.<\/p>\n<p>Kursiyerlerle birlikte probiyotikli tur\u015fular\u0131 kuran Mustafa Koca, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda; \u201cDinar Belediyesinin katk\u0131lar\u0131yla probiyotikli tur\u015fu yapma kursu d\u00fczenledik. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin floras\u0131 16-18 bin aras\u0131 de\u011fi\u015firken d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ikinci zengin floras\u0131 olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k \u00fclkemizde hastanelere ba\u015fvuran insanlar\u0131n 96 milyon olmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekten \u00e7ok \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc bir durum. Bundan sonraki a\u00e7\u0131lacak olan kurslara ise b\u00fct\u00fcn bayanlar\u0131n kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyorum&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kursa Afyonkarahisar merkezden kat\u0131lan \u0130sa Demir isimli vatanda\u015f ise, Kimya M\u00fchendisi Mustafa Koca\u2019y\u0131 simbiyotik ile ilgili yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc bir y\u0131ldan bu tarafa internetten takip etti\u011fini, kursun \u00fccretsiz ve yararl\u0131 oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frenip Dinar\u2019a geldi\u011fini kaydederek &#8220;Bu kursta simbiyotik ve probiyotik hakk\u0131nda \u00e7ok g\u00fczel bilgiler edindik. Nas\u0131l beslenmemiz gerekti\u011fini \u00f6\u011frendik. En basitinden mutfa\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda salata yapmak i\u00e7in y\u0131kad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sebzelerin \u00fczerindeki probiyotiklerin u\u00e7tu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frendik. Artan salatalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 biz normalde \u00e7\u00f6pe d\u00f6k\u00fcyoruz. Tamamen do\u011fal ya\u015fam\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde insan v\u00fccuduna faydal\u0131 hastal\u0131klardan uzak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fayabilmenin yolunu a\u00e7t\u0131.
