Dr. Beklen Sami \u00dcre, kulak burun bo\u011faz hekimlerinin en s\u0131k yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ameliyatlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda bademcik ve geniz eti operasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n geldi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Neredeyse 200 y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihi olan bademcik ameliyat\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde teknolojik geli\u015fmelerden t\u0131bb\u0131n di\u011fer alanlar\u0131 gibi istifade etti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan \u00dcre, \u201cEski zamanlarda bademciklerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 klasik bist\u00fcri ile kesilerek \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131, geride kalan kanamal\u0131 alanlar\u0131n ise koter denilen yak\u0131c\u0131 bir cihazla da\u011flanmas\u0131ndan ibaretti. Bu y\u00f6ntem hem ameliyat sonras\u0131 kanama hem de \u015fiddetli a\u011fr\u0131ya sebep olmaktayd\u0131.
