Kab\u0131zl\u0131k sorunu \u00f6zellikle hamile bayanlarda su i\u00e7imiyle de alakal\u0131d\u0131r. Gebelik d\u00f6neminde g\u00fcnde ortalama 2 ltye yak\u0131n su t\u00fcketimi \u00f6nerilmektedir. Yeterli su t\u00fcketmeyen annelerde kab\u0131zl\u0131k s\u0131kl\u0131kla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan bir sorundur. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7i\u011f sebze ve meyve, esmer ekmekler ve esmer \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yiyecekler yeterli oranda lif t\u00fcketimi sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde faydalanabilece\u011fimiz, hem lif hem de B vitamini kompleksi y\u00fcksek olan yulaf, ba\u011f\u0131rsak hareketlerini rahatlat\u0131r ve annelerin daha rahat bo\u015falt\u0131m yapmalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Anne adaylar\u0131n\u0131n haftada en az 3 defa, 30 dakika ve \u00fczeri hafif tempolu y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ya da hafif egzersiz hareketleri gebelik boyunca hem kab\u0131zl\u0131k sorununu hem de fazla kilo al\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 engeller. Gebelik d\u00f6nemi boyunca hareketsiz olan anne adaylar\u0131nda kab\u0131zl\u0131k sorunu daha fazla izlenmektedir.
