Memorial Antalya Hastanesi G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nden Prof. Dr. Necla Song\u00fcr, belirtileri, s\u0131kl\u0131kla griple kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan \u00fcst solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n ihmal edildi\u011finde, ciddi rahats\u0131zl\u0131klara yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fi uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Havadaki \u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimi, viral ve bakteriyel enfeksiyonlar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan Prof. Dr. Necla Song\u00fcr, \u00f6zellikle ast\u0131m ve solunum yolu alerjisi olan ki\u015filerin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 alerjisi olmayan ki\u015filere g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha fazla dikkat etmesi gerekti\u011fini \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu ki\u015filerin  gribe daha kolay yakalanabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Prof. Dr. Necla Song\u00fcr, &#8220;Grip, mevcut alerjileri tetikler ve ki\u015fi hem grip hem de alerji ile m\u00fccadele etmek durumunda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in v\u00fccudun savunma sistemi d\u00fc\u015fer. Savunma sistemindeki zay\u0131flama, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n daha ge\u00e7 iyile\u015fmesine ve daha fazla ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131na neden oldu\u011fundan kronikle\u015fme durumunda ya\u015fam kay\u0131plar\u0131na bile yol a\u00e7abilir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Alerjik hastal\u0131klar da tetiklenebilir<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131\u015f mevsiminde grip, sin\u00fczit, larenjit, bron\u015fit ve zat\u00fcrre gibi alt ve \u00fcst solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131kl\u0131kla g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131nda halsizlik, k\u0131rg\u0131nl\u0131k, bo\u011faz a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, hap\u015f\u0131rma, \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fck, ate\u015f, burun ak\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 gibi belirtiler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Prof.Dr.Song\u00fcr, &#8220;Bu aylarda ya\u015fanan alerjiler de benzer belirtilerle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Ya\u011f\u0131\u015flara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak nem oran\u0131n artmas\u0131 ve mevsime \u00f6zg\u00fc baz\u0131 polenler de alerjik hastal\u0131klar\u0131 tetikler. Alerjik b\u00fcnyesi olan ki\u015filerin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca a\u00e7\u0131k havada vakit ge\u00e7irmemesi ve \u00f6zellikle ormanl\u0131k, \u00e7imenlik, a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n bol oldu\u011fu yerlerde uzun s\u00fcre bulunmamas\u0131 \u00f6nerilir&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Enfeksiyona kar\u015f\u0131 yeterli su t\u00fcketimi<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fccut direncini y\u00fcksek tutman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli yollar\u0131ndan biri de dengeli beslenme oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Memorial Antalya Hastanesi G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nden Prof. Dr. Necla Song\u00fcr \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00d6\u011f\u00fcnler atlanmadan karbonhidrat ve protein dengesi g\u00f6zetilerek beslenme d\u00fczeni ayarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle taze meyve ve sebze t\u00fcketimine \u00f6nem verilmelidir. Ayr\u0131ca g\u00fcnde ortalama 2,5 litre su t\u00fcketilmelidir. Toksin at\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve v\u00fccudu canland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan su, solunum yolunun nemli kalmas\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011flar. Solunum yolunda olu\u015fan kuruma, enfeksiyonlara zemin haz\u0131rlamaktad\u0131r. K\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda s\u0131kl\u0131kla g\u00f6r\u00fclen grip tedavi edilmedi\u011finde h\u0131zla alt solunum yollar\u0131na ilerleyerek vir\u00fcse ba\u011fl\u0131 zat\u00fcrreye neden olabilir. Grip ya da so\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ge\u00e7iren ki\u015filerle temastan kendinizi koruyun. S\u0131k dokunulan e\u015fyalar\u0131 s\u00fcrekli temizleyin.
