Karag\u00f6z, \u201cUluslararas\u0131 Diyabet Federasyonu (IDF), d\u00fcnya genelinde 382 milyon yeti\u015fkin diyabet hastas\u0131 oldu\u011funu \u00f6ng\u00f6rmektedir. 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar bu rakam\u0131n 592 milyona ula\u015fmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. \u00dclkemizde ise 7 milyonu a\u015fk\u0131n diyabet hastas\u0131 oldu\u011fu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Diyabet hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131kl\u0131kla obez (\u015fi\u015fman), d\u00fczensiz beslenen, aktif hayattan sedanter hayata ge\u00e7enlerde (\u015fehirle\u015fme), birinci derece akrabalar\u0131nda diyabet olanlarda, kolesterol y\u00fcksekli\u011fi olanlarda, iri do\u011fum \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc olan annelerde daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten Beslenme ve Diyetetik Uzman\u0131 Karag\u00f6z, \u201cDiyabet hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ihmali kalp krizi, damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ayak kesilmesi, k\u00f6rl\u00fck gibi hastal\u0131klara neden olmaktad\u0131r.
