Malzeme fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f nedeni ile yeni bina yap\u0131m\u0131 azal\u0131rken, mevcut binalardaki \u00f6nlenemez fiyat y\u00fckseli\u015fi vatanda\u015flar\u0131 olumsuz etkiledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in\u2019in Wuhan kentinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya yay\u0131larak salg\u0131n haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen korona vir\u00fcs, yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 ayd\u0131r T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rleri olumsuz etkiledi. Vir\u00fcsten olumsuz etkilenen sekt\u00f6rlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda da emlak sekt\u00f6r\u00fc geldi. Malzeme fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f nedeni ile yeni bina yap\u0131m\u0131 azal\u0131rken, mevcut binalarda da fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu durum kiral\u0131k ev bulmakta zorlanan vatanda\u015flar\u0131 olumsuz etkiledi.<\/p>\n<p>Mardin\u2019de emlak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k yapan Kadir D\u00fcndar, pandemi s\u00fcrecinin emlak sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc olumsuz etkiledi\u011fini ve ev fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. D\u00fcndar, &#8220;Korona vir\u00fcs b\u00fct\u00fcn sekt\u00f6rleri etkiledi\u011fi gibi emlak sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc de bariz bir \u015fekilde olumsuz etkiledi. Hem maddi hem de manevi a\u00e7\u0131dan esnaf olarak h\u0131rpaland\u0131k. Son 2-3 ayd\u0131r i\u015fler biraz olsun d\u00fczelmeye ba\u015flad\u0131, toparlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Kirac\u0131lar bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te ev bulmakta \u00e7ok zorlan\u0131yor. Son 5-6 ayd\u0131r malzemelerin pahal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 yeni binalar yap\u0131lmamakta ve bu nedenle mevcut yap\u0131lar n\u00fcfusu kar\u015f\u0131layam\u0131yor. Kirac\u0131lar zorluk \u00e7ekiyor. Tabii biz de elimizden geleni yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Kira fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fckseldi\u011fi i\u00e7in kirac\u0131lara ev temin etmekte g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekiyoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ev fiyatlar\u0131 iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcndar, korona vir\u00fcs s\u00fcrecinde 150 bin lira olan ev fiyat\u0131n\u0131n iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karak 300 bin liray\u0131 buldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Ya\u015f\u0131 20 ve \u00fczeri olan daireler bile \u015fu an bin lira band\u0131nda. Mardin\u2019de kayda de\u011fer bir \u00f6\u011frenci n\u00fcfusu var. \u00d6\u011frenciler olmay\u0131nca dairelerde bir bo\u015fluk olu\u015fuyor ve bir sirk\u00fclasyon olmuyor. Sadece emlakla ilgili de\u011fil \u00f6\u011frenci demek bir \u015fehrin ticari can damar\u0131 demek, bu da her \u015feyi olumsuz etkiliyor. Covid-19 s\u00fcrecinde ben de b\u00fct\u00fcn esnaflar gibi olumsuz etkilendim. Tam 2 ay ofisimi a\u00e7amad\u0131m, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc hastal\u0131ktan korkuyoruz. 60 g\u00fcn boyunca hi\u00e7bir \u015fey kazanamad\u0131k. Esnaf memur gibi olmuyor maalesef. Memurun bir \u015fekilde maa\u015f\u0131 yat\u0131yor zorlansa da ge\u00e7imini sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Esnaflar 1-2 ay evde oturduklar\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck ya\u015f\u0131yorlar. Bende o g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc fazlas\u0131yla ya\u015fad\u0131m.
