Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde yer alan tecr\u00fcbeli insanlar, bunun sebeplerini vir\u00fcs sebebiyle insanlar\u0131n yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak istememesi, \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencilerinin bu y\u0131l evde kalmas\u0131, kredi faiz oranlar\u0131n\u0131n tekrar artmas\u0131 \u015feklinde s\u0131ralad\u0131. \u00dcniversitelerin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir karar al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi belirtilirken, yetkililerin bu konuyu tekrar elden ge\u00e7irmeleri gerekti\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u0131l \u00f6\u011frenci evi sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 azald\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn temel sebeplerinden biri olarak; okullar a\u00e7\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, yeni bir \u015fehirde \u00fcniversite kazanan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na ev sat\u0131n almayan aileler g\u00f6steriliyor. E\u011fitimin uzaktan veriliyor olmas\u0131, insanlar\u0131n kazand\u0131klar\u0131 okulun bulundu\u011fu \u015fehre \u015fimdilik gitmeme y\u00f6n\u00fcnde tercih yapmalar\u0131na sebep oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Konu hakk\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunan Eski\u015fehir Emlak Komisyoncular\u0131 Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Gazi \u00c7elik, \u201cBildi\u011finiz gibi Eski\u015fehir bir \u00f6\u011frenci kenti. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 160 bin, ailelerle birlikte 200 bin ki\u015fiye hitap eden bir \u015fehir. Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda \u00fcniversitelerimiz a\u00e7\u0131lmad\u0131. Okullar a\u00e7\u0131k olduklar\u0131 zaman al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f olurdu. Yani \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda aileler gayrimenkul al\u0131rlard\u0131, kiralama yaparlard\u0131. Birinci sebep olarak bunu g\u00f6sterebiliriz. Vir\u00fcs sebebiyle insanlar \u015fu anda buraya gelmek istemediler\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Kredi faiz oranlar\u0131 art\u0131nca yat\u0131r\u0131mlar azald\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Kredi faiz oranlar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen art\u0131\u015flar insanlar\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmaktan \u00e7ekiniyor hale getirirken, bu durumun d\u00fczelmesinin vakit alaca\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor. Gazi \u00c7elik, bu art\u0131\u015flarla piyasalar\u0131n durma noktas\u0131na geldi\u011fini aktar\u0131rken, \u201c\u0130nsanlar art\u0131k faizlerin y\u00fckselmesinden dolay\u0131 kredi kullanm\u0131yorlar. Kredilerin tekrar a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 do\u011fru \u00e7ekilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir beklenti var. Bundan dolay\u0131 eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131 Eski\u015fehir i\u00e7in \u00e7ok dura\u011fan ge\u00e7ti. Bunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcniversitemizin hocalar\u0131n\u0131n bu karar\u0131 tekrar g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmeleri gerekir. Bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kafelere gidildi\u011fini, ilkokul ve ortaokullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00dcniversitelerin ve hocalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tekrar bir de\u011ferlendirme yapt\u0131ktan sonra okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte Eski\u015fehir\u2019deki bu ticaret hayat\u0131 hareketlenecektir diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fanan bu zorlu pandemi s\u00fcrecinde pek \u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rde oldu\u011fu gibi gelir gider dengesini ayarlayamayan i\u015fletmeler, kepenk kapatmak zorunda kald\u0131. T\u00fcm bu ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeler ile ilgili son s\u00f6zlerini aktaran Eski\u015fehir Emlak Komisyoncular\u0131 Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Gazi \u00c7elik \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cB\u00fct\u00fcn sekt\u00f6rlerde oldu\u011fu gibi gayrimenkul dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131m\u0131za, bizim meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da zararlar\u0131 oldu. Bu durumda kepenk kapatmak zorunda kalanlar oldu. Giderleri y\u00fcksek olan, gelirlerinin giderlerini kar\u015f\u0131layamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fcyelerimizden i\u015f yerlerini kapatt\u0131lar.
