Kad\u0131nlarda sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve stres de \u00f6nemli bir kalp krizi fakt\u00f6r\u00fc\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Memorial Dicle Hastanesi Kardiyoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nden Prof. Dr. Mete Alpaslan, kad\u0131nlarda kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve kalp krizi hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi. \u00d6strojen hormonunun, menopoza girmemi\u015f kad\u0131nlar\u0131 kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 k\u0131smen koruyucu \u00f6zellikte oldu\u011funu anlatan Alpaslan, \u201cBu y\u00fczden kalp krizi ge\u00e7irme riski erkeklere g\u00f6re kad\u0131nlarda daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Ancak bu risk, kad\u0131nlar menopoza girdikten 10 y\u0131l sonra erkekler ile ayn\u0131 d\u00fczeye gelir ve \u00f6zellikle 70 ya\u015f \u00fczeri kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok y\u00fcksektir. Ancak ender de olsa g\u00f6r\u00fclen bu durum, \u00f6zellikle bu ya\u015f grubu i\u00e7in tehlikelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc tipik kalp krizi belirtisi olan yayg\u0131n g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda; nefes darl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7ene, omuz veya kol a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, bulant\u0131, kusma, terleme, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi, halsizlik gibi so\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve gripte de g\u00f6r\u00fclen belirtilere daha s\u0131k rastlan\u0131r. Bu \u015fikayetler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, hasta mutlaka kalp krizi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da de\u011ferlendirilmelidir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cS\u0130GARA \u0130\u00c7EN KADINLAR 14 YIL AZ YA\u015eIYOR\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131nlardaki kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ve kalp krizlerinin art\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki en \u00f6nemli nedenlerin mesleki ya\u015famdaki etkinliklerinin artmas\u0131 ve stresli i\u015f ortamlar\u0131 ile sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Alpaslan, \u201cSigara erkeklere g\u00f6re kad\u0131nlar\u0131 daha \u00e7ok etkiler ve \u00f6strojen hormonu \u00fczerinde y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 bir etkiye sahiptir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 koruyucu \u00f6zelli\u011fi bulunan \u00f6strojenin y\u0131k\u0131ma u\u011framas\u0131, kardiyak sorunlara da zemin haz\u0131rlamaktad\u0131r. Taze sebze, meyve, bal\u0131k ve lifli g\u0131dalar tercih edilmeli. Ceviz ve f\u0131nd\u0131k gibi antidoksan \u00f6zelli\u011fi y\u00fcksek olan, omega 3 i\u00e7eren besinler t\u00fcketilmeli. Sigara ve alkolden uzak durulmal\u0131.
