G\u00fcnde 60 miligramdan az C vitamini t\u00fcketenlerin, g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00f6nerilen miktar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131 olan 180 miligram C vitamini t\u00fcketenlere g\u00f6re, di\u015f eti hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na yakalanma riski y\u00fczde 150 daha fazlad\u0131r. C vitamini di\u015f eti sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 etkiler. Basit olarak s\u00f6ylemek gerekirse v\u00fccut, kemikleri ve kan h\u00fccrelerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in, di\u015flerinizi di\u015f etlerinize tutturmak i\u00e7in ve v\u00fccudunuzun b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi, doku tedavisi ve yara iyile\u015fmesi i\u00e7in gereken &#8220;h\u00fccreleraras\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131&#8221; olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in yeterli C vitaminine gereksinim duyar. C vitamininin, t\u00fcm dokular\u0131n lifli yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 meydana getiren temel protein olan kolajenin \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in hayati oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir. C vitamini g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz di\u015f etlerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek di\u015f eti tabakas\u0131n\u0131n bakterilerce girilmesine kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r.
