Ancak bir \u00f6fke ata\u011f\u0131 ya da farkl\u0131 konularda s\u0131k endi\u015fe duyma durumu de\u011fildir. Panik atak s\u0131ras\u0131nda kalp \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131, nefes darl\u0131\u011f\u0131, terleme, titreme, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi, sersemlik, midede haz\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k, a\u011f\u0131z kurumas\u0131, parmaklarda uyu\u015fma gibi bir dizi fizyolojik belirti g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu belirtilerin hemen hepsi ayn\u0131 anda olmamakta ve bazen birka\u00e7 belirti daha \u00f6n planda olabilmektedir. Baz\u0131 zamanlarda ba\u015fka yeni belirtiler eklenebilir ya da hep ayn\u0131 belirti g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. \u00c7o\u011funlukla her ki\u015fide farkl\u0131 semptom k\u00fcmesi olmakla birlikte s\u00fcresi de ki\u015fiden ki\u015fiye farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>PAN\u0130K ATAK \u00d6LD\u00dcR\u00dcR M\u00dc?<\/p>\n<p>Gamze Karabulut, \u00e7o\u011fu ki\u015fi bu ataklar\u0131n sonu\u00e7 olarak kalp krizi, fel\u00e7 ge\u00e7irece\u011fini ya da kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc yitirerek delirece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc anlatarak, \u201cBu da ki\u015fiden ki\u015fiye de\u011fi\u015fen bir durumdur. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 atak sonucu \u00e7\u0131ld\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken baz\u0131lar\u0131 ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp bay\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilir. \u00c7o\u011fu insan korktu\u011fu sonucun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmemesi ve belirtilerin durmas\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7aba harcar. Cam pencere a\u00e7arak ya da y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc y\u0131kayarak rahatlayamayan ki\u015fi acile ba\u015fvurarak durumun ciddi oldu\u011funa kendini inand\u0131r\u0131r. Ancak durum hi\u00e7 de \u00f6yle de\u011fildir. Bu g\u00fcne kadar kimse bu durumdan dolay\u0131 kalp krizi ya da fel\u00e7 ge\u00e7irmemi\u015ftir. Nas\u0131l ki uykumuz geldi\u011finde esneriz, karn\u0131m\u0131z ac\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda uykumuz gelir. Bunlar v\u00fccudun do\u011fal ve zarars\u0131z \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 ise panik atak da stresin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yani v\u00fccudun alarm vermesidir. Tehlikelerden korunmak i\u00e7in \u00fcretilmi\u015f alarm sisteminin bozulmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ortada bir tehlike yokken tehlike varm\u0131\u015f\u00e7as\u0131na fiziksel \u015fik\u00e2yetler ile yo\u011fun endi\u015fe ve korku ata\u011f\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenmektedir.  S\u0131kla\u015fan ataklardan sonra ise yaln\u0131z kalma, kalabal\u0131k ortamlarda bulunamama, toplu ta\u015f\u0131maya binememe gibi ka\u00e7\u0131nmalar\u0131n oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. Hatta baz\u0131 ki\u015filer kalp at\u0131m h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran merdiven \u00e7\u0131kmak, tempolu y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yapma gibi efor isteyen davran\u0131\u015flardan bile imtina etmektedir. Hastal\u0131k tedavi edilmedik\u00e7e bu \u015fik\u00e2yetler git gide hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131na yay\u0131larak ya\u015fam kalitesini bozmaktad\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>PAN\u0130K ATAK DA EN BA\u015eARILI TEDAV\u0130 NED\u0130R?<\/p>\n<p>Gamze Karabulut, zarars\u0131z olan bu belirtilerden kurtulman\u0131n yani alarm\u0131 tamir etmenin art\u0131k hi\u00e7 de zor olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydederek, \u201c\u00dcstelik tamamen yan etkisiz ve ilaca g\u00f6re ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 daha y\u00fcksek olan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda da ispatlanm\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ntem olan psikoterapi ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaktad\u0131r. Psikoterapinin panik atak \u00fczerindeki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 y\u00fczde 85 civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle son d\u00f6nemlerde en pop\u00fcler terapi modeli olan bili\u015fsel davran\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131 terapinin olduk\u00e7a etkili oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir. \u0130la\u00e7 ile psikoterapinin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda ilac\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece faydal\u0131 oldu\u011fu b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 90 civar\u0131nda tekrarlama olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Panik atak s\u0131ras\u0131nda v\u00fccut duyumlar\u0131na odaklanmak mevcut tehlike alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak, \u015fik\u00e2yetlerin daha da uzun s\u00fcrmesine ve \u015fiddetlenmesine sebep olaca\u011f\u0131ndan dikkati her ne yap\u0131yorsak ona y\u00f6nlendirmek ba\u015f etmeyi b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Sizin de bu ve buna benzer \u015fik\u00e2yetleriniz varsa, \u00f6nce bir Hekime ba\u015fvurarak gerekli fiziksel muayene ve tahlillerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilmektedir.
