Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, bir porsiyon (1 oz. &#8211; 28.3 gr) cevizin 185 de\u011fil 146 kalori i\u00e7erdi\u011fini, bu rakam\u0131n da kabul edilen mevcut de\u011ferden 39 kalori daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.
