Seminerde Medical Park Ordu Hastanesi Beslenme Diyet Uzman\u0131 Dyt. G\u00fclce Ta\u015ftemel \u00f6\u011frencilere sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrmenin ve geli\u015fimin, ancak dengeli beslenme ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. G\u00fclce Ta\u015ftemel, \u201cMeyve, ayran, s\u00fct, taze meyve sular\u0131, peynirli sandvi\u00e7 gibi besinleri t\u00fcketin. G\u00fcnde 2 litre su t\u00fcketmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin. A\u00e7\u0131kta sat\u0131lan besinleri t\u00fcketmeyin.
