Yumu\u015fak, derin ve \u00e7ukur koltuklar omurga i\u00e7in \u00e7ok zararl\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n yerine kol koyma yeri olan, bel b\u00f6lgesini destekleyici yap\u0131da ve s\u0131rt y\u00fcksekli\u011fi en az omuz hizas\u0131nda olan ve ofis i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f sandalyelerden kullan\u0131lmal\u0131. Dik oturuldu\u011funda ekran tepe noktas\u0131 g\u00f6z seviyesinde olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bilekleri korumak i\u00e7in kollar \u00f6ne do\u011fru uzat\u0131lmal\u0131, parmaklar\u0131n aralar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k tutularak koldan \u00f6ne do\u011fru olabildi\u011fince itilmelidir. S\u0131k s\u0131k avu\u00e7 kapat\u0131p a\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. El ve bileklerdeki bu hareketler dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131 d\u00fczenleyecektir.
