Kayg\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok fazla olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, motive eden ve harekete ge\u00e7memizi sa\u011flayan bir g\u00fc\u00e7 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Demir, uygun seviyede tutulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Ni\u015fanta\u015f\u0131 Psikiyatri Merkezinden \u00c7ocuk-Ergen Psikoterapisti Uzman Psikolog Merve Demir, \u201c\u00d6\u011frenciler bir yandan s\u0131nava \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, bir yandan da s\u0131nav stresi ile m\u00fccadele ediyorlar. Aileler de \u00e7ocuklar kadar stresli. Bu sebeple istemeyerek de olsa \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n kayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rabilecek davran\u0131\u015flarda bulunabiliyorlar. Ancak ya\u015fan\u0131lan kayg\u0131y\u0131, uygun bir seviyede tutmak gerekmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kayg\u0131n\u0131n \u015fiddeti \u00e7ok fazla oldu\u011funda, ki\u015finin dikkati da\u011f\u0131l\u0131r. \u00d6\u011frenme becerisi olumsuz etkilenir. B\u00f6ylece kendi potansiyelinin tamam\u0131n\u0131 kullanamaz ve ger\u00e7ek performans\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steremez. S\u0131nav kayg\u0131s\u0131, s\u0131nav \u00f6ncesinde ve s\u0131nav s\u00fcresince ya\u015fanan ve \u00f6\u011frencinin ger\u00e7ek potansiyelini kullanmas\u0131na engel olan \u015fiddetli kayg\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7ocu\u011fun daha \u00f6nceden \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f oldu\u011fu bilgileri s\u0131navda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na engel olur. B\u00f6ylece ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr. S\u0131nav kayg\u0131s\u0131 ya\u015fayan \u00e7ocuklarda, s\u0131nav \u00f6ncesinde gerginlik, uykuya dalmakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck, k\u00e2buslar, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, solunum problemleri, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, bir \u015fey d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnemiyormu\u015f hisleri, kas yorgunluklar\u0131 gibi belirtiler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. S\u0131nav s\u0131ras\u0131nda dikkatlerini toplay\u0131p s\u0131nava devam etmekte, okuduklar\u0131n\u0131 anlamakta zorlan\u0131rlar. Bildikleri bir sorularda bile yanl\u0131\u015f yapmaktan korkarlar. Zor sorularda daha da pani\u011fe kap\u0131l\u0131rlar. Bu kayg\u0131y\u0131 ya\u015fayan ki\u015filerde s\u0131nav sonucuna ile ilgili olumsuz inan\u00e7 ve beklentiler olduk\u00e7a fazlad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, s\u0131navda t\u00fcm bildiklerini unutmaktan, s\u00fcrenin yetmemesinden korkarlar ve s\u0131nav\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fc ge\u00e7ece\u011fine inan\u0131rlar\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131nav s\u0131ras\u0131nda t\u00fcm dikkatin s\u0131nav sorular\u0131nda olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirten Demir, \u201cFakat s\u0131nav kayg\u0131s\u0131, dikkatin da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131na sebep olur. \u00c7ocuk kayg\u0131lar\u0131 sebebiyle s\u0131nav sorular\u0131 yerine, kendi olumsuz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerine odaklan\u0131r. Bu olumsuz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler de kayg\u0131y\u0131 daha da artt\u0131r\u0131r\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Uzman Psikolog Merve Demir, s\u0131nav kayg\u0131s\u0131 ile ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmak i\u00e7in ailelere \u015fu \u00f6nerilerde bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c1. \u00c7ocu\u011funuza nas\u0131l ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi ile ilgili yard\u0131mc\u0131 olun. Zorlay\u0131c\u0131 olmayan g\u00fcnl\u00fck planlar olu\u015fturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. Bu planlamay\u0131 yaparken her \u00e7ocu\u011fun birbirinden farkl\u0131 \u00f6zellikleri oldu\u011funu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurun. \u00d6rne\u011fin, baz\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar yabanc\u0131 dili zor \u00f6\u011frenirler, baz\u0131lar matematikte zorlan\u0131r gibi. \u00c7ocu\u011fun bireysel \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re bir plan haz\u0131rlay\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p>2. Bu sebeple beklentileriniz ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olsun.<\/p>\n<p>4. S\u0131nav kayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli sebebi, \u00e7ocu\u011fun s\u0131nava y\u00fckledi\u011fi anlamd\u0131r. S\u0131nav kayg\u0131s\u0131 ya\u015fayan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun kendilerine verdikleri de\u011fer, s\u0131navlardan ald\u0131klar\u0131 notlara ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu da s\u0131nav kayg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na sebep olur. Bu sebeple \u00e7ocu\u011fa, s\u0131navda ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z da olsa de\u011ferli oldu\u011funu hissettirmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Ayr\u0131ca s\u0131navlardaki ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n, \u00e7ocu\u011fun zekas\u0131 ile ilgili olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulamak faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>5.
